El cognom Alm\u00e9ras est\u00e0 \u00edntimament lligat al Rally Costa Brava des que al 1980 un del seus Porsche 911 el va guanyar amb Antonio Zanini al volant. Els germans Alm\u00e9ras s\u00f3n tamb\u00e9 tota una instituci\u00f3 en la m\u00edtica pujada al Montseny, amb Jean-Marie i Jacques Alm\u00e9ras sempre en posicions de podi amb els seus espectaculars Porsche, entre ells l&#8217;inoblidable 935 Silhouette.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jacques, 73 anys, \u00e9s el petit dels famosos germans de Montpellier<\/strong>, ha estat tres vegades Campi\u00f3 d&#8217;Europa de Muntanya i compta tamb\u00e9 amb un extens palmar\u00e8s en rallyes des que va debutar de copilot de Jean-Marie en el seient d&#8217;un Peugeot 204 en el Crit\u00e9rium des C\u00e9vennes de 1967. Molt aviat el r\u00e8tol \u201cAlm\u00e9ras Fr\u00e8res\u201d es va fer fam\u00f3s per la seva fabulosa estructura competint i triomfant en tota mena de competicions.<\/p>\n<p>Jacques Alm\u00e9ras va destacar pels seus repetits \u00e8xits en el Tour Auto (2n al 1973 i 3r al 1976), en la Ronda C\u00e9venole (1r al 1977) i en el Crit\u00e9rium des C\u00e9vennes (1r al 1981, entre altres podis). El seu millor resultat en el WRC \u00e9s 4t en el Tour de Corse de 1978.<\/p>\n<p>El palmar\u00e8s de <strong>\u201cTilber\u201d<\/strong> (Christian Gilbert), de 71 anys, \u00e9s tant o m\u00e9s impressionant que el del seu pilot, ja que ha acompanyat a les principals figures franceses: Guy Fr\u00e9quelin (amb el qual va ser Campi\u00f3 de Fran\u00e7a al 1985), Saby, Andruet, Nicolas, B\u00e9guin, Delecour, Clarr, Vincent, Chatriot, Cudini, Ballet, fins i tot Ari Vatanen i un llarg etc\u00e8tera.<\/p>\n<p>Al 2021 Jacques Alm\u00e9ras-\u201cTilber\u201d van festejar els 40 anys del seu triomf en el Crit\u00e9rium des C\u00e9vennes participant en el 69 Rally Costa Brava. <strong>Van quedar tan encantats, que repeteixen.
