La primera etapa discorrer\u00e0 per Rupit, la Garrotxa (amb menjar a Ca l&#8217;Enric, estrella Michelin), i fi d&#8217;etapa en la medieval vila de Besal\u00fa.<br \/>\nLa segona etapa, dissabte 23, discorrer\u00e0 per la zona volc\u00e0nica de la Fageda d&#8217;en Jord\u00e0, llac de Banyoles, i una ruta per l&#8217;Alt Empord\u00e0, fins arribar al Club N\u00e0utic l&#8217;Escala per menjar.
