Jari Latvala (der Vater von Jari-Matti) begann 1981 seine Karriere als Fahrer und wurde 1982 finnischer Juniorenmeister. Er hat an \u00fcber 300 Rallyes und an 3 nationalen Meisterschaften der Gr.N teilgenommen.
