In a moving action that has mobilized a large part of the automotive community, the auction houses Carprecium and MILLON have launched a charity auction destined to help in the reconstruction of the Sospel – Col de Turini fire station.
Due to the Alex storm last October, the fire station suffered severe material and personal damage. Consequently, the automotive community has mobilized with the intention of helping a group that, for more than half a century, has been an essential part of the celebration of the Monte-Carlo Rally. The auction seeks to return to the Maritime Alps firefighters all the support and effort they have always put into the development of automobile events in their region.
The auction will have more than 40 lots open to any bidder, and the entire proceeds will be donated to the fire station. Among the brands that have collaborated in this action are ALPINE, which has donated a new A110 Pure to the auction, Blunik, which has donated one of its renowned devices for regularity rallies, or drivers like Jean Claude Andruet and Nicolas Lapierre, who have provided different promotional and merchandising elements.
The Rally Costa Brava will also be present at the auction, making available to bidders a registration for the 69 Rally Costa Brava FIA, which will be held on 19th and 20th November 2021. It is lot number 31 of the auction that can be viewed here.
The auction will be held on Sunday 7th March starting at 3:00 p.m. local time in France, and all people registered in Carprecium will be able to participate in the bidding for the different lots.
