The pair formed by Jean-Fran\u00e7ois and Aline participated together for the first time in the Crit\u00e9rium des C\u00e9vennes in 1990 with a Ford Sierra RS Cosworth<\/em><\/p><\/div><\/p>\n

The experienced French\u00a0Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Berenguer, along with his usual co-driver and wife Aline Berenguer-Mar\u00e8s, will debut at the first test\u00a0of the European Championship of Historic Vehicles to be held in the Catalan town of Girona. Despite racing\u00a0with an Opel Manta 400 during the last two seasons, the French team will participate in the category of Speed \u200b\u200bwith a BMW M3 manufactured in 1989. During the last season 2016, Berenguer acquired the BMW M3 of Fernando Silva, vehicle that was redesigned with a new bodywork and adapted to the evolutions FIA Group A.<\/p>\n

Berenguer stands out for a trajectory full of national and international tests, accumulating a total of 150 rally starts. Among his numerous victories, the most recent ones have been in the Rallye National de Balagne HCV, in the Rallye International du Maroc Historique and in the Rallye National du Vallespir. Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Berenguer began his career as a pilot\u00a0in 1987 in the French test Crit\u00e9rium des C\u00e9vennes with an Opel Manta GT\/E, having driven cars as\u00a0a Saxos KitCar, A Saxos S1600, a Megane Maxi or a Subaru WRC.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
