The countdown to the 70 Rally Motul Costa Brava<\/strong> continues to advance, and there are more and more novelties for the first event of the year of the great historic rallies in Europe.<\/p>\n

As announced a few weeks ago, the organization of the rally is working to showcase female talent<\/strong> and that the 70th Rally Motul Costa Brava be an example of female participation in classic motorsports. In this regard, a Ladies Cup has been launched, with prizes for the best classified, and an exclusive discount plan of 300\u20ac on registration for 100% female teams, and 200\u20ac for teams with a female driver.<\/strong><\/p>\n

44 women participated in the 69 Rally Costa Brava (4 drivers and 40 co-drivers), and in 2022 we want to continue increasing these figures!<\/p>\n

So far, five female teams have already been confirmed<\/strong>, including European historic rallies specialists, as well as important names in national motorsport. You can meet them below.<\/p>\n

Tiffaney Perlino \u2013 Michelle Perlino (Opel Kadett GTE)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

From Monaco, Tiffaney and Michelle will discover this rally behind the wheel of their Opel Kadett GTE. This fast duo will participate in the Sporting \u200b\u200bsection.<\/p>\n

Marina Orlandi \u2013 Mariarosa Vicari (Lancia Beta Montecarlo)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

From Italy, Marina and Mariarosa will return to the rally after participating for the first time last November. In 2021, they were the winners of the Ladies Cup, and they return with the intention of revalidating their victory.<\/p>\n

Bel\u00e9n Garc\u00eda \u2013 Sonia Ledesma (Autobianchi A112 Abarth)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The young driver Bel\u00e9n Garc\u00eda, who competed in the W Series and Formula Regional Europe in 2021, will make her rally debut accompanied by Sonia Ledesma aboard an Autobianchi A112 Abarth. They will participate in the Regularity section.<\/p>\n

After returning from the Rally Dakar, where she made history at the wheel of the first 100% female team, Merc\u00e8 Mart\u00ed could not miss the 70 Rally Motul Costa Brava!<\/p>\n

This Regularity specialist, with multiple victories in the Porsche Classic Series, will now face a new challenge together with N\u00faria Bergel.<\/p>\n
