Le succ\u00e8s rencontr\u00e9, gr\u00e2ce au grand nombre de participants et au pari fait par la municipalit\u00e9 de Salt, \u00e0 l\u2019initiative de Garatge Internacional, a permis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement de prendre de l\u2019ampleur et de convaincre Lloret de Mar d\u2019y organiser son Rally Costa Brava de v\u00e9hicules historiques en f\u00e9vrier 2004. L\u2019Hivern a d\u2019abord \u00e9t\u00e9 bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Salt, avant de se d\u00e9localiser en Andorre pendant deux ans (2010 et 2011), \u00e0 la recherche du \u00ab toujours plus difficile \u00bb. Il a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 Viladrau, o\u00f9 se sont tenues les trois derni\u00e8res \u00e9ditions.
