Apr\u00e8s cinq \u00e9tapes intenses et plus de 700 kilom\u00e8tres parcourus \u00e0 travers les r\u00e9gions de Merzouga et Erfoud, 22 \u00e9quipages ont franchi la ligne d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel Xaluca, confirmant que cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement est arriv\u00e9 pour gagner une place sur la sc\u00e8ne internationale du tout-terrain.<\/p>\n<p>Les visages heureux et d\u2019\u00e9motion ont confirm\u00e9 que le nouveau d\u00e9fi de RallyClassics a r\u00e9ussi son pari de cr\u00e9er un rallye-raid con\u00e7u comme une exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;apprentissage pour le Dakar Classic. Pour Alex Romani, pr\u00e9sident du Club RallyClassics, <em>\u00ab le succ\u00e8s du 1er RallyClassics Africa est \u00e9norme. Les participants eux-m\u00eames nous disent qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;existe actuellement pas d&rsquo;\u00e9preuve aussi compl\u00e8te que celle-ci pour pr\u00e9parer le Dakar Classic. Les participants ont soulign\u00e9 le haut niveau de qualit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;exigence du roadbook, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les sp\u00e9cialistes Josep Maria Servi\u00e0 et Fina Rom\u00e1n. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe Seat Hist\u00f3ricos a c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 avec style le 30e anniversaire du Toledo Marathon, en ajoutant une nouvelle victoire au record de son prototype lanc\u00e9 en 1993. Avec Antonio Rius au volant, qui conduisait d\u00e9j\u00e0 la voiture \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, et le copilote exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 Pablo Moreno Huete, ceux de Martorell ont gagn\u00e9 avec autorit\u00e9, d\u00e9montrant les \u00e9normes capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;un v\u00e9hicule qui n&rsquo;a pas particip\u00e9 au Dakar, mais qui 30 ans plus tard a enfin pu naviguer sur les dunes africaines.<\/p>\n<p>Lorenzo Flux\u00e0 \u2013 Xavier Ribas (Toyota Land Cruiser KZJ 95) ont termin\u00e9 en deuxi\u00e8me position et Asier Duarte \u2013 Lu\u00eds Barbero (Toyota Land Cruiser HDJ 80) ont compl\u00e9t\u00e9 le podium, tous pilotes et copilotes exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s sur le Dakar. La cat\u00e9gorie<strong> Classic Pre-2000<\/strong> a r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 le podium du classement absolu. Malgr\u00e9 leur niveau de pr\u00e9paration r\u00e9duit, les SUV de la marque espagnole se sont montr\u00e9s tr\u00e8s efficaces d\u00e8s le premier instant et ont propuls\u00e9 le duo form\u00e9 par le journaliste Joan Dalmau et son copilote Aran Sol \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re place du classement.
