La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape passera par Rupit et La Garrotxa (avec un d\u00e9jeuner au restaurant Ca l\u2019Enric, \u00e9toil\u00e9 au Michelin), et se terminera dans la ville m\u00e9di\u00e9vale de Besal\u00fa.<br \/>\nLa deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, le samedi 23, emm\u00e8nera les participants dans la zone volcanique de la Fageda de\u2019n Jord\u00e0, au lac de Banyoles, puis dans l\u2019Alt Empord\u00e0, jusqu\u2019au Club N\u00e0utic l\u2019Escala o\u00f9 ils d\u00e9jeuneront.
