Sainz was proclaimed champion of Spain of historic rallies in the 40th edition of the Rally de Avilés Histórico

The Spanish Antonio Sainz has confirmed his participation in the Speed category of the 65 Rally Costa Brava. Antonio, brother of Carlos Sainz, former world rally champion and uncle of the current F1 driver Carlos Sainz Jr., will take part in the start with his Porsche 911 RS 3.0 after having been proclaimed champion of Spain of historical rallies in the current season 2016. This year , The driver from Madrid has participated in events such as the Rallye de Avilés Histórico, the Rallye Rías Altas Histórico or Sanremo Rally Storico, besides the 64 Rally Costa Brava along with Javier Martínez.
