Today, Friday the 13th, we should have witnessed the start of the oldest Rally in Spain. You can imagine it; the vehicles on the podium, the enthusiastic fans, and the Village with music and activities.
But yesterday they suddenly made us all “stop in the pits” and the Headquarter became a funeral. Although we complied with all the Health guidelines (reduction of tents, cancellation of concerts, cancellation of the award ceremony, etc.) a few hours before the start, we were informed of the final decision that has left us all devastated.
Due to a larger cause on a global scale, many organizations like ours have had to abide by the government-imposed order with all that that entails. We are clear that health is the priority, so now it is time to show solidarity with all those affected.
We will continue working. When all this has passed, we will return with more force than ever and we expect the same from all of you.
We are very grateful for all the support received, the #RallyCostaBrava will be back.
