Classics Africa 2026: REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

Classics Africa is a unique raid with regularity and navigation for classic and modern off-road vehicles that allows you to enjoy and test yourself in off-road regularity in Africa.

Created by RallyClassics, Josep Maria Servià and Fina Román, comes a fourth special edition full of novelties, which will take place in Morocco from 13 to 18 September 2026 with base at the Hotel Xaluca in Erfoud.

  • ELIGIBLE VEHICLES: 4×4 off-road vehicles from all eras (divided into Classics up to 2005 and Open), 4×2 cars, 4×4 trucks from all eras and SSV (buggies).
  • NEW EXPLORER CATEGORY: Open to teams who want to enjoy the event to the fullest, without worrying about the classification, just following the roadbook.

 

 

The raid maintains its recognisable format of 5 legs and a prologue around the Erfoud and Merzouga area, with approximately 700 kilometres of regularity (1000 kms total) combining regularity sections, navigation sections and dune sections, always true to the RallyClassics philosophy: competitiveness, safety and fair play for all.

Information and Novelties 2026

After three editions, Classics Africa has become the reference for raids preparing for Dakar Classic and Africa Eco Race. Moreover, thanks to its relaxed schedules and the closeness and comfort of the event, it is the ideal event to enjoy with family and friends to get the most out of the experience.

These are the main information and novelties:

  • The raid maintains a format of 5 legs around the Erfoud and Merzouga area with a unique structure combining regularity zones, navigation zones and dune zones.
  • Thanks to the vast experience of Josep Maria Servià and Fina Román, the event is designed for expert participants to test themselves and improve their skills, and also as a school for those teams who want their first contact with this discipline.
  • All activity is concentrated in seven days, with legs taking place from Monday to Friday to facilitate participants’ logistics.
  • NEW prologue stage on 13 September to fine-tune the vehicles and set the starting order for the first leg.
  • NEW Explorer category for teams who want to enjoy the event to the fullest, without worrying about the classification, just following the roadbook.
  • NEW main stage that will include morning and afternoon sections, with a stop en route for lunch and to discover new landscapes.
  • Classics Africa enhances its social aspect by offering a Golden Pack for family and friends, designed so they can enjoy the event while discovering the area and its unique places. Contact us for more information.

    Mandatory registration fees

    • Registration fee until 31/05: 2.990€
    • Registration fee from 01/06 to 30/06: 3.490€
    • Registration fee from 01/07 to 31/07: 3.990€
    • Registration fee from 01/08 to 15/08: 4.490€
    • Accommodation: 1400€ (2 people) in double room half-board, 7 nights at Hotel Xaluca Erfoud and 1 night in Luxury Haima
    • Insurance: 100€/person
    • ANUBE devices (STELLA Navigation + SPICA Tracking): 400€ per vehicle (does not include installation kit, which is mandatory)
    • TOTAL REGISTRATION COST ESTIMATE (until 31/05): 4.990€

    More about Classics Africa

    • AN EXCITING AND DEMANDING ROUTE: Created by RallyClassics, Josep Maria Servià and Fina Román, two of the greatest experts in the area.
    • FINE-TUNING: An event designed for teams to prepare for Dakar Classic, Africa Eco Race and any raid with similar characteristics, and to test themselves in navigation and vehicle fine-tuning.
